This AD requires all operators of Boeing 767 aeroplanes to modify the fin access door in accordance with Boeing Service Bulletin 767-52-0042 Rev 02 (or a later FAA‑approved revision) to prevent vertical fin failure if the aft pressure bulkhead ruptures (Requirement). Aircraft owners/operators pay for and carry out the work and must have complied by the specified date (Compliance). The amendment only updates which service bulletin revision to use; it does not add new kinds of work.
