Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive mandates a modification to the fuel valve actuator on all Boeing 747 aircraft, creating a legal compliance obligation for owners and operators. It delegates technical steps, timing and costs to the referenced FAA AD (77-12-07 Amdt. 39-2924), leaving operators to obtain that document, schedule and fund the work while CASA enforces the requirement under Part 39.
