This Airworthiness Directive requires operators of certain Boeing 737‑700 and 737‑800 aircraft to inspect the aft pressure bulkhead‑to‑fuselage tension bolts per FAA AD 2001‑13‑23 and Boeing Service Bulletin 737‑53‑1212 to verify correct parts and prevent fatigue cracking.

Operators must complete inspections before 3,000 total flight cycles or within 90 days after 4 October 2001, whichever is later. The CASA delegate issues the requirement; operators bear the inspection costs and must follow the referenced technical instructions.
