Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This document cancels a previous aircraft safety rule.

This Airworthiness Directive (AD) formally revokes an earlier safety requirement about fuel boost pump wiring on Boeing 737 aircraft.

Key points:

What it does: Cancels AD/B737/121 Amendment 2 effective 13 March 2008
Why: It has been replaced by a newer safety directive (AD/B737/303 Amendment 1)
Who it affects: Owners and operators of Boeing 737 series aircraft who were previously required to comply with the old wiring rules

Airworthiness Directives are legally binding safety orders issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). When an AD is cancelled like this, the specific maintenance or inspection requirements in the old directive are no longer mandatory—though operators must now follow the replacement directive instead.
