Plain English Summary

This AD requires immediate ("Forthwith") inspection and, if needed, modification or replacement of certain main landing‑gear actuator beam support link parts on all Boeing 727 models, using the Boeing service bulletins named, until affected parts are replaced with P/N 65‑19657‑11. It binds operators/owners to the work (CASA mandates compliance), shifts inspection and replacement costs and downtime to operators, and leaves maintenance providers to schedule and perform the mandated actions.
