Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This mandatory directive requires all Boeing 727 operators to replace the main landing gear actuator link assembly using Boeing Service Bulletin No. 32‑97, with compliance required forthwith. It falls on owners/operators (and their maintenance organisations) to obtain the bulletin, procure parts, perform the work, and bear the costs and operational disruption. The instrument itself gives no explicit rationale, exemptions, or alternative-compliance route.
