Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This cancels a prior airworthiness directive for Eurocopter AS355 upper and lower tail fins, affecting owners, operators and maintenance engineers of those helicopters. As of 26 Feb 2009 the requirements have been transferred into the consolidated AD/AS 355/98 Amendment 1 to avoid duplicate or conflicting rules and keep operators following the current safety standard.
