Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD mandates that owners/operators of Avro Anson aircraft immediately modify the pilot's cabin emergency exit, using one of three specified modification documents.

It affects aircraft owners (who must fund and schedule the work) and maintenance organisations (who will perform it), creating urgent downtime and supply/labour pressures because no alternative procedures are allowed.
