Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD requires owners/operators of Avro Anson aircraft to have the boost‑gauge installation modified immediately, using one of three specified source documents (A.V. Roe Mod. No.122; RAAF Anson Order No.4; or ANO 105.1.31.4.5.3). Compliance is mandatory “forthwith,” with costs, scheduling and certification borne by the owner/operator. It matters because the AD prescribes compliance by reference, creating reliance on the referenced documents’ availability and completeness.
