This Airworthiness Directive (issued by CASA) makes the Avro TSB No. 80 para. 3.6 inspection of the undercarriage operating tube mandatory for Avro Anson and Avro 19 aircraft at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service. Owners/operators must arrange and pay for the recurring inspections and any repairs; the AD relies on the TSB for procedural and corrective detail.
