Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD requires owners/operators of Avro Anson and Avro 19 aeroplanes to inspect the engine mounting sub‑frame at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service, using the procedures referenced in Avro TSB No. 80.

It creates a recurring compliance obligation and associated downtime and costs for operators (or their maintenance providers), who must obtain the TSB and carry out any repairs the inspection identifies.
