Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD requires operators of Avro Anson and Avro 19 aeroplanes to have the main undercarriage shock absorber struts and radius rods inspected per Avro TSB No. 80 (para 3.8) and TSB 77 at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time‑in‑service. It’s a regulatory obligation under CASA; owners/operators bear inspection, record‑keeping and repair costs, creating recurring downtime and maintenance demand to ensure continued airworthiness.
