Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD mandates recurring inspections (≤150 hours TIS) of mainplane trailing‑edge ribs, top skin and aileron hinges on Avro Anson and Avro 19 aircraft, referring operators to Avro TSB No. 84 for procedures. It affects owners/operators and maintenance organisations, raising recurring inspection and repair costs, imposing downtime and reliance on the referenced TSB to meet compliance and manage airworthiness risk.
