Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

What this does: This Airworthiness Directive (AD) mandates safety maintenance on the air conditioning systems of specific Dassault Falcon 20 business jets.

Who it affects: Owners and operators of AMD Fan Jet Falcon (Falcon 20/Mystere-Falcon 200) series aircraft with serial numbers 1 through 111.

What must be done: Operators must perform the maintenance actions specified in AMD Service Bulletin No. 430 (section 21-30). This involves inspecting, repairing, or modifying the air conditioning system according to the manufacturer's instructions (a Service Bulletin is a formal notice from the manufacturer detailing safety improvements).

Why it matters: This prevents air conditioning system failures that could cause cabin depressurisation, crew incapacitation, or emergency situations during flight.
