Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This amendment to Airworthiness Directive AD/AL 250/52 adds a cross-reference to FAA AD 82-24-05 in the AD's list of requirement documents. It applies to all Allison 250-series turbine engines and requires operators and maintenance organisations to comply with the listed requirement documents when carrying out fuel-control and power-turbine-governor work. Mechanically, it changes the document references only; the compliance burden—obtaining and following the referenced Allison/FAA documents—falls on engine operators and maintainers, and CASA enforces compliance under Part 39.
