Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Owners/operators of certain Twin Commander 500/600/700-series airplanes (specific serial-numbered 685–695 variants with ≥200 flight hours) must inspect rudder control cables per Gulfstream Service Bulletin No. 195B.

The directive aims to detect fraying that could cause cable failure and loss of directional control, preventing potentially catastrophic accidents.
