Plain English Summary

This Airworthiness Directive from CASA requires owners/operators of Commander Model 100 (S/N 1–278) and Model 100‑180 (S/N 5001–5080) to carry out an immediate ("forthwith") inspection of the primary aileron cable, per Aero Commander Service Bulletin No. 1015. It affects only those serial-numbered aircraft, shifts compliance cost and scheduling burden to their operators, and delegates technical procedure to the referenced manufacturer bulletin.
