Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This AD requires Gulfstream AA-1 (formerly Grumman American/American Aviation) operators to modify fuel tank vent and fuel contents gauge lines: replace PVC hose connectors with fuel‑resistant rubber, swap spring wire clips for screw‑type clips, bead aluminum vent line ends where practicable, and limit metal‑end gaps to ≤½" where rubber hoses join aluminum lines.

It targets preventing connector/clip failure that can cause fuel leaks, vapor loss, or erroneous fuel indications.
