Applicability:	Model A119 helicopter, equipped with a single or double cargo hook installation with the following part numbers; and which incorporate the hook part number 528-010-01:Single 109-0810-31-139;Double 109-0811-75-115.
Requirement:	Perform an inspection of the cargo hook lever part number 232-028-00 in accordance with Agusta Alert Service Bulletin 119-21.If cracking is found the use of the cargo hook is prohibited.Note: EASA Emergency AD 2007-0160-E refers.This Directive must be inserted in the pertinent Appendices/Supplements of the RFM.
Compliance:	Before the next cargo hook operation after 14 June 2007, but at the latest by31 August 2007. Thereafter before each single operation of the cargo hook.
	This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 14 June 2007.
Background:	The EASA received several reports of cracking of the lever part number 232-028-00 of the cargo hook.
