This directive requires operators of Agusta A119 helicopters to carry out mandated visual inspections, fit a temporary speed‑limit placard, and implement a specified tail‑rotor grip modification to address a reported tail‑rotor blade fracture.

CASA’s delegate enforces these actions by reference to an Agusta Alert Service Bulletin; work must be recorded on the Maintenance Release and certain inspections may be performed and certified by a trained Pilot‑in‑Command, creating ongoing inspection, equipment and training costs for operators.
