| Applicability: | A109LUH helicopters with serial numbers 13752 through 13759 inclusive and 13761. |

| Requirement: | Replace the ‘OVHD CSL’ and ‘EXT NORM’ circuit breakers in accordance with Agusta Alert Bollettino Tecnico 109L-005 dated 16 May 2007. |

| Compliance: | Within 10 hours time in service after the effective date of this Directive. |
| This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 30 August 2007. | |
| Background: | The Italian Ente Nazioale per L’Aviazione Civile (ENAC) has advised that a design verification conducted by Agusta revealed that the ‘OVHD CSL’ and ‘EXT NORM’ circuit breakers with incorrect ratings had been inadvertently installed. This Directive requires replacement of the circuit breakers with corrected rated breakers. |
