Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive requires owners/operators of Pacific Aerospace 750XL aircraft (serial numbers up to and including 107) to inspect the aileron and elevator pushrod ends and to replace loose or all insert rivets in accordance with Pacific Aerospace Mandatory Service Bulletin PACSB/XL/007. CASA (via its delegate) sets short compliance windows—an initial inspection within 10 hours TIS, repeat inspections every 150 hours until replacement, and full rivet replacement within 600 hours—so operators pay for inspections/repairs and must take aircraft out of service as needed to comply.
