### 22 Power to make regulations, &c., includes power to rescind, &c. > *\[Section 22 Amended by 25 Geo. V No. 78 \]*Where an Act confers a power to make any proclamations, rules, orders, regulations, or other instruments of a like nature, the power shall be construed as including a power exercisable in the like manner and subject to the like consent and conditions, if any, to rescind, revoke, amend, or vary any such instrument.
