21 Office etc. means office etc. of the Commonwealth (1) In any Act: (a) references to any officer or office shall be construed as references to such officer or office in and for the Commonwealth; and (b) references to localities jurisdictions and other matters and things shall be construed as references to such localities jurisdictions and other matters and things in and of the Commonwealth.
