#### 74B How application of previously paid duty credits to be made An application of duty credit under paragraph 74A(1)(b) can only be made by notifying the Secretary. The notification must: (a) be in writing; and (b) be in the approved form; and (c) contain such information as the form requires; and (d) be signed in the manner indicated in the form; and (e) comply with any other applicable requirements specified in regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph.
