#### 62 Establishment and maintenance of ACIS ledger
(1) The Secretary must establish and maintain a ledger, to be known as the ACIS ledger.
(2) The ledger may be kept in an electronic form.
(3) The ledger is to be divided into 2 parts—one part for duty credits issued in respect of each ACIS Stage.
