#### 57 Secretary to modulate investment credit for each MVP
When the Secretary has worked out the unmodulated investment credit, in relation to each MVP and a particular quarter in an ACIS Stage, in respect of eligible investments, the Secretary must modulate each unmodulated investment credit to work out the modulated investment credit to be issued to each MVP.
> Note: Unmodulated type J investment credit is worked out under the R&D scheme.
