#### 47 Secretary to work out unmodulated type E credit for each ACP The Secretary must, as soon as practicable after an ACP provides a return to the Secretary in respect of a quarter, work out the unmodulated investment credit for the ACP for that quarter in relation to type E investment in accordance with the formula:  where: > CA is the total amount of other Commonwealth assistance (if any) received by the ACP in relation to the type E investment referred to in component N of the formula and to the type E investment referred to in component P of the formula. > N is the amount of type E investment by that ACP in the quarter concerned. > P is the total of the type E investment by that ACP in all relevant quarters preceding that quarter. > RQ is the total number of relevant quarters in relation to that quarter.
