#### 14B Minister may make guidelines relating to registration for the purpose of the Act (1) The Minister may make guidelines to be taken into account by the Secretary when making a decision: (a) under paragraph 26(2)(g) to register an applicant; and (b) under paragraph 110(5)(c) to deregister a participant. (2) Guidelines made under subsection (1) are disallowable instruments within the meaning of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
