For the purposes of subsection 63‑1G(1) of the Act, the following kind of information is specified in relation to a reporting period for an approved provider that provides flexible care as transition care (within the meaning of the Subsidy Principles 2014): (a) information about the kind of feedback and complaints received by the approved provider in the reporting period in respect of each flexible care service provided by the approved provider through which transition care is provided; (b) information about improvements made by the approved provider in the reporting period in relation to the quality of each flexible care service provided by the approved provider through which transition care is provided.
