53 Record of consideration of suitability matters
The record must include the following: (a) the name of the individual in relation to whom the suitability matters were considered; (b) the date or dates on which the suitability matters were considered in relation to the individual; (c) the outcome of the approved provider’s consideration of each suitability matter in relation to the individual; (d) the reasons for reaching that outcome.
