42 Purpose and application of this Part
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 63‑1(1)(m) of the Act, this Part specifies financial reporting responsibilities of approved providers.
Note: Part 4 of these principles specifies additional financial reporting responsibilities of approved providers.
(2) This Part applies to an approved provider if the approved provider is: (a) an approved provider of a residential care service; or (b) an approved provider of a home care service; or (c) an approved provider of a multi‑purpose service.
