30A Notification of cessation of home care through a home care service

(1) An approved provider of a home care service must notify the Secretary, in writing, of: (a) each care recipient who ceases to be provided with home care through the service on or after 27 February 2017; and (b) the day the care recipient ceases to be provided with that home care. (2) The notice under subsection (1) must: (a) be in a form approved, in writing, by the Secretary; and (b) be given within 31 days after the care recipient ceases to be provided with home care through the service.
