30 Notification of start of home care through a home care service
(1) An approved provider of a home care service must notify the Secretary, in writing, of each care recipient who starts to be provided with home care through the service. (2) The notice under subsection (1) must: (a) be in a form approved by the Secretary; and (b) be given within 28 days after the care recipient starts to be provided with home care through the service.
