24 Purpose of this Division
This Division specifies: (a) for paragraph 63‑1(1)(m) of the Act—the responsibilities of an approved provider of a residential care service to give certain information to the Secretary about the service; and (b) for sections 63‑1B and 63‑1BA of the Act—the period within which an approved provider of a residential care service must notify the Secretary of certain matters.
