79 When the Secretary must cancel accreditation

If the Secretary becomes aware that the holder of an accreditation under this Part or a nominated person or relevant person in relation to the holder of accreditation has been found guilty of an offence listed in clause 1 of Schedule 1, the Secretary must cancel the accreditation.

A person whose accreditation has been cancelled under this section may apply to VCAT under section 87.
