78 Offence to retain illegible certificate
If the certificate of accreditation of the holder of an accreditation under this Part becomes illegible or is altered or defaced, the holder must return the certificate to the Secretary and apply for the issue of a replacement certificate within 7 days of becoming aware that the certificate has become illegible or has been altered or defaced.
