77 Offence not to notify of change of address and return certificate

If the holder of an accreditation under this Part changes address, the holder must, within 7 days of changing address—

S. 77(1)(a) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 56).

(a) notify the Secretary of the change to the holder's address; and

S. 77(1)(b) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 56).

(b) return the certificate of accreditation to the Secretary and apply to the Secretary to amend the certificate to reflect the change of address or to issue a replacement certificate.
