67 Refusal of accreditation unless the Secretary satisfied it is appropriate
The Secretary must refuse an application for accreditation under this Part if it believes on reasonable grounds that the applicant, or a nominated person or a relevant person in relation to the applicant, has been found guilty of an offence listed in clause 2 of Schedule 1, unless the Secretary is satisfied that the applicant has demonstrated that the issue of the accreditation is appropriate having regard to the industry accreditation objective.
