62 Chief Commissioner of Police may supply information to the Secretary

The Chief Commissioner of Police may, in accordance with the processes agreed on with the Secretary, notify the Secretary of any relevant findings of guilt in relation to an applicant for accreditation under this Part or any relevant person in relation to an applicant for accreditation under this Part.
