61 The Secretary may require further information etc.

(1) The Secretary may require an applicant to—

(a) supply any further information or thing as specified by the Secretary that the Secretary reasonably requires in order to assess the application;

(b) verify, in the manner and form determined by the Secretary, the information or thing supplied for the purpose of the application;

(c) sign the application.

(2) For the purposes of subsection (1)(c), if the applicant is a corporation, the application must be signed in accordance with section 127 of the Corporations Act.
