60 Making of application

(1) An application under section 59 must—

(ii) evidence, if required by regulations made under this Act, that each relevant person in relation to the applicant satisfies the requirements for the accreditation applied for; and

(iii) any other thing determined to be required by the Secretary that has been approved by the Minister and published in the Government Gazette; and

(d) in the case of an application by a corporation, include the nomination of a nominated person under section 64.

(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), any information or thing that the Secretary requires to accompany an application or to be included in the application must be limited to any information or thing that the Secretary reasonably requires in order to assess the application.
