58 How long accreditation remains in force
(1) An accreditation under this Part remains in force until—
(a) it is cancelled or surrendered; or

(b) the expiry of the period determined by the Secretary, which must not be more than 5 years—
whichever is the sooner.

(2) The period determined by the Secretary under subsection (1)(b) must be specified in the certificate of accreditation.
