47 Appointment of allocation body
S. 47(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 28(a)).
(1) The Secretary may, by notice, appoint a person or body to be the allocation body for a controlled area.

(2) An appointment under this section remains in force for the period specified by the Secretary in the appointment.
(3) A notice under this section must be published in the Government Gazette.
