46 Declaration of controlled areas

S. 46(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 27).

(1) The Secretary may, by notice, declare an area to be a controlled area.

(2) A notice under subsection (1)—

(a) must be published in the Government Gazette; and

(b) may apply, adopt or incorporate any matter contained in any document formulated, issued, prescribed or published by any person whether—

(i) wholly or partly or as amended by the notice; or

(ii) as formulated, issued, prescribed or published at the time the order is made or at any time before then.
