45 Further allocation offences
(1) The holder of a regular tow truck licence must not cause more than one accident damaged motor vehicle to be towed under a job number by the tow truck specified in that licence.

(2) The driver of a tow truck operating under a regular tow truck licence must not tow more than one accident damaged motor vehicle under a job number.
