30 Application for transfer of tow truck licence
S. 30(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 20).
(1) The holder of a tow truck licence may apply to the Secretary for approval to transfer the licence to another person.
(2) An application under subsection (1) must—

(ab) be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any); and
