211 Minister to determine charges for accident towing services and other services
The Minister may from time to time determine the amounts that may be charged by the providers of the following—
(a) accident towing services;
S. 211(b) amended by No. 40/2011 s. 16(b).
(b) the service of storing accident damaged motor vehicles;
S. 211(c) inserted by No. 40/2011 s. 16(c).
(c) basic salvage services—
for the provision of those services.
