203 Offences as to compliance with requirements of, obstructing or hindering or impersonating an inspector
S. 203(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 145).
(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of the Secretary or an inspector under this Part.
(2) A person must not obstruct or hinder an inspector who is exercising a power or function under this Part.
(3) A person must not impersonate an inspector.
