140 Information disclosure by the Secretary

(1) The Secretary may, if the Secretary considers it necessary for the provision of safe accident towing services, disclose to any other person information obtained or collected by the Secretary in the performance or exercise of its functions or powers under this Part.

(2) The Secretary may, if it considers it desirable for the provision of safe accident towing services, publish any information referred to in subsection (1).

(3) A publication under subsection (2) must not identify any person.
